Rob Fowler possesses years of experience representing major businesses, developers, and mining interests in regulatory, permitting, compliance, enforcement, and litigation under the Clean Water Act (CWA), the Resource Conservation and Recovery Act (RCRA) and the Endangered Species Act (ESA).
