Maggie Cunningham

Maggie Cunningham is recruitment executive with 16 years of experience in directing executive, physician and academic leadership recruiting operations.  She is currently a Managing Consultant with Korn Ferry.  Prior to that she served for 8 years as the Director of Academic Leadership and Faculty Recruitment Services for the University of Mississippi Medical Center.  There she was the principle in the development and implementation of a comprehensive recruitment search model for academic executive and faculty positions.

She was a member of the University of Mississippi Medical Center Alliance for six years, serving as a Board Member and Vice President from 2012 to 2013.  She has also been active in children’s charities including the Children’s of Mississippi Parent Advisory Council and the Ronald McDonald House Charities (Mississippi)

She is a graduate of Faulkner University with a degree in Management of Human Resources.  She has recently moved back to her hometown of Piedmont, Alabama and resides there with her husband Kevin.
