The Alabama Trails Foundation (ATF), in partnership with Goodwyn Mills Caywood (GMC), is seeking bids for the fabrication and delivery (not unloading or installation) of a pedestrian bridge to 45 County Road 281, Heflin AL. See design specifications.
Your bid must be received by COB May 29, 2026 and will be considered based on the following:

Organization Capacity – Provide 2 relevant examples (bridges of similar size and materials) of work your company has completed within the past 5 years. (40MB Max. PDF File size). Include client name and contact information in the PDF document.
Bid Price – Submit as one price for any in-house engineering, fabrication, and delivery.
Delivery Date: Submit the length of time (weeks) for the complete process once the award is received. You must affirm your commitment to starting the project in early June 2026 to achieve a delivery date NLT December 1, 2026. You must affirm your commitment to transferring the bridge on delivery to a General Contractor of ATF’s choosing.
